1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Local storage is a separate browser storage mechanism that can persist between visits. Similar privacy rules can apply to both. Dashlets uses persistent browser storage to keep your account signed in and renew an eligible session when you return.
2. Essential sign-in storage
The authentication client stores session information, including tokens, in local storage under a project-specific sign-in key. This allows authenticated requests without signing in on every page. Values are refreshed as the session is renewed and removed from the active browser’s sign-in storage when you sign out. Local storage has no automatic browser expiry, although the authentication service may expire or revoke the session.
This storage is needed for the signed-in service you request; it is not an advertising identifier. Blocking or clearing it can sign you out or prevent authenticated tools from working. Using a private browser window limits persistence when that window is closed. Sign out on a shared device.
3. Optional tracking
No optional analytics or advertising script is currently configured in the Dashlets application code. Tracking on Atomian’s separate website must not be assumed to apply to Dashlets. Hosting-platform behavior should be checked before the cookie inventory is finalized.
No optional cookies are activated by a consent banner added with these pages. If non-essential tracking is introduced, it must remain disabled until any required consent is obtained. Rejecting it must be as easy as accepting it, and users must be able to change their choice. The policy and cookie inventory must be updated at that time.
4. Payment and external websites
Following a link to Atomian or opening Stripe Checkout or its customer portal takes you to a separate service. Those services may set their own security, payment or other cookies under their own policies. Dashlets does not embed payment-card collection in its own forms.
5. Your controls
Use your browser settings to inspect or delete cookies and site data for dashlets.ai. Clearing sign-in storage is not account deletion and does not erase stored task history. Contact Atomian for account or data-deletion requests.
A final inventory should confirm names, providers, purposes and lifetimes of any cookies set by the hosting and payment services. No fabricated cookie list or unverified lifetime is provided in this draft.
For service, billing or privacy enquiries, contact Atomian through www.atomian.com. Include your workspace name, but never send passwords or payment card details.
