Dashlets by Atomian

Terms and conditions

The terms for using shared AI dashboards, running Dashlets and managing your workspace subscription.

Draft updated October 13, 2026

1. The service

Dashlets is a project by Atomian for turning repeatable AI tasks into tools used through forms and shared dashboards. Available tool types include templated prompts, preset analysis of uploaded documents, questions about a configured reference document, analysis of a supplied URL, and image analysis with text output. A creator can choose an available model and enable web search where supported.

Dashlets is not a general-purpose app builder or a promise that an AI task will produce a particular result. Availability depends on the selected plan, configured tools and connected processing services. Features marked as forthcoming are not part of a current service commitment. These draft terms are intended for organizational use by adults authorized to act for their organization; any separately signed agreement takes priority where it conflicts.

2. Accounts and team access

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify Atomian if you suspect unauthorized access. Anyone creating an account for an organization must be authorized to do so. The workspace owner is responsible for the workspace and for decisions made by authorized administrators.

Owners and administrators can configure Dashlets and dashboards subject to plan limits and available permissions. Regular users use the dashboards made available to them. A friendly dashboard URL does not itself grant access. Review access and shared-history settings before submitting confidential information. Hidden prompt instructions simplify the user experience; they are not a guarantee of secrecy or protection against extraction.

3. Trials, subscriptions and cancellation

Every plan offers a 15-day free trial, with no payment card required to create a trial account. Account creation alone does not authorize payment. If you separately complete subscription checkout and supply a payment method, the subscription can become paid at the end of the checkout trial unless canceled first. A checkout subscription without a payment method is configured to cancel at trial end.

Spark is listed at US$14.99 per month for up to 5 users, 3 dashboards and 15,000 monthly credits. Atelier is US$39.99 per month for up to 25 users, 10 dashboards and 50,000 monthly credits. Summit is US$79.99 per month for unlimited users and dashboards and 100,000 monthly credits. Unlimited users and dashboards does not mean unlimited AI usage. The price, currency, applicable taxes and payment terms displayed at checkout govern the purchase.

Subscriptions are recurring monthly purchases processed by Stripe and renew until canceled. Use Billing and the Stripe customer portal to manage a subscription, or contact Atomian if you need assistance. The payment confirmation shows when a cancellation or plan change takes effect and any charge or adjustment. Do not assume that changing a plan grants another free trial.

These draft terms do not establish a blanket no-refund policy. Contact Atomian about duplicate charges, disputed payments or refund requests. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. A refund or credit policy and plan-change timing must be confirmed by Atomian before these terms are finalized.

4. AI credits and top-ups

Credits measure AI usage, not money or a guaranteed number of prompts. Consumption is reported by the processing service and may vary with the model, task, files and web search. Billing displays the recorded usage and remaining balance. Report a suspected discrepancy to Atomian.

Top-ups are separate, one-time purchases, currently listed as 5,000 credits for US$9, 15,000 for US$24 and 50,000 for US$69. An owner or administrator must authorize the purchase. Top-ups do not change the subscription’s user or dashboard limits and are added after payment verification. No automatic top-up purchase is implied.

Monthly allowances are associated with the billing period. Rollover, top-up expiry and treatment of unused credits on cancellation have not yet been specified; no expiry or forfeiture rule is created by this draft. Confirm those terms with Atomian before relying on unused credits in a future period.

5. Your content and instructions

You retain whatever rights you hold in your prompts, documents, images, inputs and other submitted material. You authorize the processing, storage and transmission reasonably necessary to operate your configured tools, produce results and maintain run history. This authorization does not transfer ownership of your material to Atomian.

Only submit material you are permitted to use and disclose to your workspace and the relevant processing providers. Obtain a lawful basis and any required permissions for other people’s personal data. A URL must not be used to bypass access restrictions, paywalls or third-party rights. You remain responsible for the instructions and files configured by your team.

AI output may not be unique, protectable by copyright or free of third-party rights. Use and publication of output are your responsibility, subject to applicable law and provider terms.

6. AI limitations and acceptable use

AI can invent information, omit important facts, misread documents or images, and return outdated or biased answers. Reference documents, fetched pages and web search do not guarantee accuracy. Check outputs before using them, particularly for legal, medical, financial, employment or other consequential decisions. Dashlets does not provide professional advice or replace qualified review.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, exploitation, malware, attempts to access another workspace, or interference with the service. Do not submit secrets such as account passwords or API keys as ordinary task inputs. Highly sensitive or regulated information should not be submitted until your organization has confirmed the necessary contractual and security arrangements with Atomian.

Do not use Dashlets as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Comply with applicable AI, privacy and other laws and any relevant upstream-provider use restrictions.

7. Availability and third-party services

AI requests are forwarded to Atomian’s processing endpoint and may rely on third-party AI, search and website retrieval services. Account hosting and payment processing also depend on external services. These dependencies can introduce downtime, delays, rate limits or changes in model behavior. No guaranteed uptime or response time is offered by these draft terms.

Atomian may need to restrict a task or account to address unlawful use, a security risk or payment issues, subject to applicable law. Where appropriate, notice and a chance to resolve the issue should be provided. Keep your own copies of important source documents and outputs; run history is not an archival or backup service.

8. Ending use and data requests

Stopping use, canceling a paid subscription and requesting deletion are separate actions. Cancel recurring billing through Billing; contact Atomian to request account or workspace deletion or access to your data. Deletion can affect shared dashboards and history, so an organization’s authorized owner may need to confirm a workspace-wide request.

Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy policy and remain subject to lawful recordkeeping and any separately agreed data-processing terms. Do not assume that cancellation immediately erases data or that access and stored content will remain available indefinitely after termination.

For service, billing or privacy enquiries, contact Atomian through www.atomian.com. Include your workspace name, but never send passwords or payment card details.
